SeriousMD has the entire MIMS built in and is searchable both the generic and brand name of the drug. ICD 10 is also searchable making it easier to designate the appropriate code for each disease/condition. These are just two of the many useful features of SeriousMD. I just did surgery and accessed SeriousMD Web on my iPhone to document and input my notes in the operating room! I love the accessibility of the app!

Our average user is able to get started in 5 minutes but we can help you set it up so you can just jump in and we can also explain the security behind the software. That's what this page is for. All new sign ups will get a 30-Day Pro Trial. Once the 30 days are over, you will revert to a SeriousMD Basic account, which is free but has a limit for the number of patients you can add. Patients you've added during the trial period will still be accessible. If you are over the patient limit, you won't be able to add more patients until you upgrade. You’ll be able to upgrade anytime you want.

Yes and no. Our iOS app allows you to completely use SeriousMD Doctors offline, as all data is stored in the iPad or iPhone’s storage. However, we do recommend going online so our app can sync and backup your data into our secure cloud servers. If you also plan to use SeriousMD Doctors with multiple devices across multiple users or locations, you will want to have an Internet connection to allow for real-time syncing of data across all devices.

It will depend on the setup that you want. SeriousMD adapts to what your current setup is. If you already have a desktop or laptop computer that’s being used by your secretary or nurse, that computer can be used to access SeriousMD’s web app, so you might not need another iPad after all.

Android phones and tablets can use the web version of SeriousMD Doctors. An offline-capable Android app is in the works. We recommend the latest Google Chrome browser for Android for the web app.

While you can use the web version of SeriousMD Doctors, it is also available as an iOS app for iPad and iPhone. 

No problem. We want doctors to focus on the patient and we’ve designed SeriousMD to be as unobtrusive as possible. That’s why you can type with a keyboard or write with your finger or stylus whichever way you prefer. You can even write with your pen and paper and just snap an image of it.

Yes, our billing module allows you to keep track of your billing, collections and inventory.
